IT’S time to bury the Dead Parrot. The Kevin Rudd and Penny Wong Emissions Trading Scheme, we thankfully never knew… Business groups, led by the Business Council of Australia, should be loudly and persistently leading the charge against the still-proposed ETS. As much to very partially make up for their supine and stupid support for the ETS, as for the now greater damage it would cause if implemented… "
