The Australian Greens will support the federal government’s $1.8 billion flood levy in parliament.Senator Brown said he held intensive negotiations with Prime Minister Julia Gillard on the issue and funds which had been cut from some green programs have been restored.The solar flagships program has had the $60 million restored for the current program and $40 million which was to be put beyond the forward estimates bought back,’ he said.
