The great green con that'll cost you £300 a year

"Expert Dr Brenda Boardman estimates those in fuel poverty have paid £200 million towards carbon emissions through higher bills, but have received back only £125 million from energy efficiency measures.Yet the Government continues to push ahead with charging everyone for its 'green' schemes, with the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) saying last year that the cost of climate change policies could hit £300 per household by 2020."
