In the blogosphere, the hoax paper by Lewandowsky, Oberauer and Gignac, NASA faked the moon landing—therefore, (climate) science is a hoax was exposed soon after it came out – see blog posts by Jo Nova, Steve McIntyre, Brandon Shollenberger, José Duarte
and many others. Duarte’s comments are significant as he is a published
researcher in the field, referring to the paper as a fraud and calling
for its retraction.
The most concise explanation of the error/fraud is given at Kevin Marshall’s ManicBeancounter
blog. The paper claims that belief in conspiracy theories predicts
climate scepticism, yet of over 1000 in the sample, only 10 believed the
moon landing was faked (rendering any statistical results completely
meaningless) and of these 10 only 3 were sceptical about climate change.
Despite the fact that the main claim of the paper and its title can be
demolished in one sentence after simply looking at a table of the data,
the journal concerned, Psychological Science, has taken no action.
Yesterday this story appeared in the Sydney Morning Herald.
As far as I am aware this is the first time it has appeared in the
mainstream media. Kudos to their reporter Paul Sheehan, and also to the

2015 may NOT have been the hottest year on record after all: Satellite data shows temperatures were lower than first thought

In the 1990 IPCC report, it was clear that Earth was cooling. This was bad for business, so Michael “An Embarrassment To The Profession” Mann tried to make reality disappear in the 2001 IPCC report. But if we have a closer look at the hockey stick, we can see Briffa (green) agreed with the 1990 IPCC report. Temperatures dropped until 1600, and then started rising again. Nothing to do with CO2. But it is worse than it seems. The IPCC then erased the post 1940 cooling portion of Briffa’s trees, hiding the decline. The portion of Briffa’s trees that the IPCC erased, exactly matched the 1975 National Academy of Sciences Report. Bottom line is the IPCC climate criminals threw out all of the good proxy, satellite, radiosonde and surface data – and replaced them with massively tampered surface data to create the hockey stick."

From the “why worry, the 99.7% of the ice is still there” department and York University comes this climate claim that has to do with a natural event in 2012, and just doesn’t hold up as being driven by “climate change”. ...............So, while the University of York may be right about the firn/sponge issue not soaking up as much meltwater as before, climate change didn’t have one damn thing to do with the change in the firn. The same thing happened 150 years ago, in a few decades, the firn will be back to normal until the next 150 year melt event occurs."

As a result, the final agreement was meaningless because to get everybody to sign it was made unenforceable. All signatories were willing to agree because they are all politicians playing their own game; not what is right or best for the people. This objective was acceptable to the main drivers outside of the actual political arena. They were using climate change to impose their socialist goal of punishing and weakening capitalism and redistributing their wealth, which they claim was obtained at the expense of the developing nations."
