All evidence shows the exact opposite. Average daily maximum temperatures in Iowa have plummeted over the past century.As CO2 levels have increased, the frequency of 90 degree days has plummeted. Peak temperatures in Iowa have plummeted. The number of 100 degree temperature readings in Iowa has plummeted. Iowa’s worst heatwave occurred in 1936, when Logan had 41 days over 100 degrees from June 16 to September 6. Why are public health professors pretending they are climate prophets? THE current solar minimum could last for more than three decades which could lead to temperatures plummeting across the globe, scientists have warned.The Sun is currently entering the solar minimum – a period of roughly 11 years when there is less activity on our host star. But experts who have been analysing the Sun believe there is evidence to suggest that it could last until 2055. The Sun follows 11 year cycles where it reaches a solar maximum and then a solar minimum.
During a solar maximum, the Sun gives
off more heat and is littered with sunspots. Less heat in a solar
minimum is due to a decrease in magnetic waves.
However, there are occasions when a solar minimum or maximum can go on for more than one cycle.
The most famous example of this is the Maunder minimum, which saw seven decades of freezing weather, began in 1645 and lasted through to 1715, and happened when sunspots were exceedingly rare. During this period, temperatures dropped globally by 1.3 degrees celsius leading to shorter seasons and ultimately food shortages in what was called a “mini Ice Age”.

A huge international bureaucratic industry was born – with Cabinet Ministers, government departments, company sections, travel, conferences, treaties, carbon credits, and carbon trading, and very much more. The challenge was often heard that we must curb our carbon emissions or sacrifice our grandchildren’s well-being. In truth, those children were being saddled with a gigantic debt to pay for everything encompassed by the Warmers’ “carbon footprints”, including the salaries and expenses of the loudest proponents.
Perhaps the saddest part has been that the essential and innocent gas, carbon dioxide, has been demonised and criminalised. It is essential in creating plant growth using chlorophyll and photo-synthesis. It is thus essential for our very existence. Crops grow better in a CO2-enriched and warmer atmosphere, when heated by an oldfashioned vertical kerosene heater. It gives off “carbon emissions” that are valuable to us all.......
The widespread obsession with Global-Warming-Climate-Change, in opposition to all factual evidence, is quite incredible. It leads to unfair treatment of some citizens, and a massive bill for all, for nothing useful. ..."

Why Climate Change Wasn’t Behind Paris’s Record-High Temperature

The wind flow around these pressure centers is drawing in air from the south, which is blowing hot Saharan air into Europe (see Figure 3).
This natural process occurs with or without 415 parts per million (ppm) or 0.04% of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. "

According to Bob Ward writing on the London School of Economics website, if we don’t name climate change induced heatwaves where temperatures exceed 82F, people won’t realise how deadly they are.
Where I live on the edge of the tropics, if the Australian MET started naming individual days or weeks when temperatures soar over 82F, they would run out of names.
While 863 or 2,500 excess heat deaths is a tragedy, Britain should probably be more worried about the massive spike in winter deaths, 50,000 excess winter deaths which occurred last year according to official figures, and the rampant British green energy fuel poverty which makes the elderly and other people with low incomes hesitate to switch on their air conditioners or heaters."
