"It is entirely possible that the collusion of many governments protected a revenue stream and methods to transfer vast sums of public money to individuals and other governments worldwide that required a scientific fraud on a scale never seen before. Those involved would be removed from office in a democratic election forced by public no confidence on a scale never seen before causing a political shift of epic proportions."
